I would just like to know if later on down the line I could upgrade the graphics card or add more ram it’s the PC I’ve owned so I don’t know much

As far as RAM is concerned this site has more information. You can have up to 32 GB or DDR4 3200 RAM. And with a 500W PSU can install a number of compatible video cards. I believe the system comes with a GTX 1660 Super but you could go with a GTX 2060 or RX 5600XT. A GTX 2070 requires a 550W PSU but may be fine as HP undersizes their PSU ratings.

I was looking inside the case & on the upper part of the case I see that this metal plate but if you remove it you see holes could I possible put another fan in there ? Or does it have a different purpose? & also can I change the CPU cooler with something Else ?
