Welcome to the HP English Community --
There are several HP "All in One" models - different types, sizes, and capabilities.
Lights inside the display area, that is, on the display itself might be a dead pixel or even a mark in the picture or background you are using.
Lights along the frame -- outside of the display area -- might be indicator lights, perhaps On / Off or OSD controls.
Lights on the bottom, that is, located in the center along the bottom edge on the base, might indicate a wireless charging pad in the base.

Thanks for your response. I have found no documentation that identifies what that light is.
Nothing in the user guide, setup guide or any model specific literature.
I'm sure someone knows, I just don't know that someone.

Got it. I removed my previous post.
There are so many "All in One" systems -- I would guess they are not all the same.
Since there is not a description of the light in your product's user guide, I cannot hazard another guess.
Perhaps someone who has seen your model (not yet provided for us) can answer.
