What kind of motherboard can i upgrade from a amd E1-6015 APU?

HP Recommended
450-a30
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an old 2016 AMD E1-6015 APU. I cannot upgrade the apu but i can put a larger motherboard in my 450-a30 model. So my question would be what kind of motherboard can i upgrade to? And would it be worth the new upgrade? This APU is very slow and i want something faster. Im on a budget otherwise i would have bought a new HP by now. Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

@E1_6015_APU,

This guide references the issues, regardless of the case.
