Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Desktop M01-F0134 (13Z91AA) is fitted with a Milton motherboard (SSID: 86E9) with p/n: L69522-601. This means that you can use either 8th gen or 9th gen Intel processors, like this User: HP Desktop M01-F0xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark.
This also means that you could upgrade your 180-watt power supply (p/n: L08660-800) with either a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 or 942332-001, or with a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
