OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G3AV)

I am wondering if  ASRock B660M Pro RS Intel B660 Series CPU (LGA1700) Compatible B660M MicroATX Motherboard

https://www.amazon.com/ASRock-LGA1700-Compatible-MicroATX-Motherboard/dp/B09NZPD6WD/?_encoding=UTF8&...)  Is compatible with the Omen 40L case? If not is there any suggestions to swap out the motherboard to fit a I9-12900K 12th gen CPU.

All Micro-Atx boards are compatible with the Omen hp 40L case.

The new motherboard will physically fit and the screw-holes on the motherboard will match the screw inserts in the Omen 40L case.

The only downside is that the I/O at the rear of the  upgrade motherboard won't be covered by the OEM I/O shield cover. The I/O shield that comes with the upgrade motherboard may or may not fit.

My reference source:

Specifications for the Blizzard motherboard contained in the HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i desktop

Is it possible for me to make tweaks to the case if something like that were to happen or should I not modify the case?
