The power adapter and power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter are sold separately.

What I recommend you do is to go on eBay, do a search by the HP power adapter part number and find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.
This power adapter part number is used in many different HP products.
Those usually come with the power cords included.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
