Hello,
I have an Envy TE01-1134, and I was wondering what HP power supplies are compatible with this model. I am looking to upgrade the existing 180W up to at least 400W.

@Rockc10 , welcome to the Community.
The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP. HP does have a 400W (69242-800) PSU that is compatible with your motherboard. You can use HP PartSurfer to check for availability. Also, they have a 500W (L05757-800) that may be compatible. You will have to contact HP Customer Support to make certain that the 500W is compatible.
Here is a Chart to show you where I got this information. Your model is not listed, but it is my understanding that all TE01 series have the same connectors.
