What powersupply and Graphics card can i upgrade to.

Recently I got a VR headset. When looking into the headset, I thought that my pc (HP Pavilion Gaming TG01-0018) met the requirement to run the headset. While I can run it, it turns out that the graphics card I currently have (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650) is one of the three NVIDIA graphics card that is not compatible. I was planning on just upgrading the Graphics card by one and get the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 super, but the issue is it needs a power supply with 350w or higher, currently my pc has a 310w. I am wondering what power supply I can purchase that can be used and if I can upgrade my Graphics card to the 1650 super, as I am aware that HP tends to make their own products that don't always work with other pc parts.

I was also looking to upgrade to the GeForce RTX 2060 which needs a minimum power supply of 500w. If I can upgrade my graphics to either, could I have a link for 350 and 500w oversupply that I could buy when I decide on which I'm going for.

I've got glad tidings for you: you should be able to power a GTX 1650 Super with your existing 310-watt power supply.

The GTX 1650 Super has a 100-watt TDP, and according to TechPowerUp (which I found to be reliable), you should be A-OK.

You likely need a dual 15-pin SATA to 6-pin PCIe power adapter cable, such as this one, which you'll have to connect to empty internal 15-pin SATA power connectors.  If you don't have an empty 15-pin SATA power connector or only one available, you'll have to purchase either a dual or triple 15-pin splitter cable.

Hi, thanks for the info this does help some. The only question I still have is if I end up going with the 2060 what would be a good power supply to get, my biggest worry is my case, most power supply I see have the power switch but my current one doesn’t do the opening is on the smaller side, I don’t want to get a power supply that is too big for the case if I end up going with that one.

According to the HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-0018 (13Z79AA) specs, your desktop is fitted with an HP Erica motherboard (SSID: 8643).

The 500-watt power supply compatible with your motherboard has p/n: L05757-800. You can purchase this power supply online, such as through one of these eBay Sellers.
