That web-page states that you have a 180 Watt power supply.

Your processor probably consumes 65 to 90 Watts, leaving wattage for the motherboard, the disk-drive, the CD/DVD drive, and for connected USB devices, and, of course, for the add-in graphics adapter card.

 

So, what wattage is required for your selected graphics adapter card?

GT 1030 is supposed to take 30 watts, I don't think an overclocked one would take much more

And there doesn't seem to be a requirement, it says 300 watts recommended, but that seems a bit overkill... and probably just so in case someone used a really ***bleep*** 240w psu they don't get complaints
