I want to buy a new wireless mouse from HP but I can't figure out how to get them to communicate with me. I keep running into communication dead ends because my HP ENVY All-in-One 24-n014 (Touch) is out of warranty. I don't have a warranty issue. I simply want to know the correct replacement wireless mouse I should buy to replace the original now failing six year old wireless mouse that came with my six year old HP ENVY All-in-One 24-n014 (Touch). The original mouse has no dongle on the mouse or on the PC. Can I buy one just like the dongle-less one that came with my PC that will work? All the replacements I see require dongles.

Looking through your laptop's specs I found this:
Assuming your Bluetooth still works -I'm sure it does, simply buy a Bluetooth enabled mouse and pair. This Bluetooth mouse replacement solution in my opinion would be easiest.
Hope this was helpful.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Unfortunately, HP doesn't sell them or even provide a part number for your wireless mouse: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=Z4Z38UA.
Same thing elsewhere, like here: https://www.laptopinventory.com/Laptop_Model.php/HP/Spectre%20X360/15-BL112DX: no HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl112dx (Z4Z38UA) specific mouse.
Looks like you may have to consider buying a wireless mouse + dongle...
Hope this was helpful.
