Hi I’m trying to find a replacement fan for my HP Pavillion model S5713w

Do you need the chassis cooling fan, or the processor cooling fan?

The heatsink part includes the fan.

Since HP no longer sells these items, google the part number you need, and see where you can find it for the cheapest price.

Amazon or eBay are good sources.

It’s this one. Sorry I don’t know what it’s called. When I turn on the computer all fans come on except this one.

It's hard for me to tell from the picture.

Since the fan seems to be located near the edge of the case, I would have to assume it is the chassis fan that needs to be replaced.

I recommend that you google the part number and see what comes up.

I found this place for example...but I can's say that is the cheapest place you can find it.

It seems to match the one in your screenshot.
