Yes, you'll find an RTX 3050 a very capable graphics card for your needs.

However, the only RTX 3050 models that would fit in your SFF case are the low-profile models, and this Zotac RTX 3050 Twin Edge OC is not one of them.

For all intents and purposes, you should look for one of these three models:

Asus GeForce RTX 3050 LP BRK 6GB OC
MSI Gaming RTX 3050 LP 6GB OC
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3050 OC LP 6GB

The low-profile RTX 3050 cards have a 70-watt TDP, meaning, you should at least have a 250-watt power supply.

Like I mentioned, the compatible 250-watt power supply with p/n: L08417-004 would suffice to power these LP cards.
