That would refer to an HP Baker motherboard (SSID: 8767) as seen here: HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Baker | HP® Customer Support.
As far as power supplies for this motherboard is concerned, you can upgrade it with a 400-watt (p/n: L69242-800, which has one 8-pin PCIe power cable) or a 500-watt (p/n: L05757-800, which has one 8-pin and one 6-pin PCIe power cables) HP proprietary power supplies. This motherboard has an HP-specific power supply/cable configuration and is not compatible with any industry standard ATX power supply.
You can purchase the aforementioned proprietary HP PSUs online, such as via eBay.
