HP 100B All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Looking to see if we have the latest BIOS on our HP 100B All-in-One and so far have been unable to determine what the latest release was.  The current version is ANP_709.bin V7.09.

Yea, that is the latest one.

There is a slight possibility that a modified BIOS may be available.

What motherboard do you have?  If it is one of the 4 listed here you might luck out.

Thank you for the fast reply BeemerBiker!  Looks like the BIOS updates found at the link can help with some known GPU card incompatibilities.  Do you know if anyone has been able to get an SSD drive to work in the 100B All-in-One?

The 100B AIO uses the older "3.5" inch drives from looking at page 22 of manual

I recommend any of the 2.5 inch such as Western Digital or Sandisk as both use the Acronis cloning software

You may need an adapter so the 2.5 fits snugly in the space where the 3.5 drive is.  I would use a Velcro patch or a cable tie.

Your system is Generation 3 PCIe but a Gen4  ssd will work but wont run at Gen4 speed.

Thanks again for the fast reply!  After trying a couple of SSD's that didn't work I found a place called Drive Solutions that specializes in drive upgrades for a myriad of systems.  A Samsung 1TB is what is now running in the system and the processor soldered to the motherboard is the new performance bottleneck.  Not a bad upgrade as it made the computer useable with Windows 10 for at least another couple of years.  Here is the link in case anyone decides to drop an SSD in their aging 100B All-in-One.  Other sites on eBay and elsewhere advertising SSD drives for the 100B ended up sending drives that didn't work and as a result I highly recommend  buying your upgrade from Drive Solutions.
