Whats the maximum amount of ram i can put in my Pavilion p6243w Desktop running windows 10. I have the 2N68-LA (Narra5) motherboard and it says it supports up to 4gb ram but i heard of people putting more.

Hi:
I don't think installing 2 x 4 GB memory modules will work in your PC.
The slot capacity is 2 GB per slot, and your PC's motherboard only has two memory slots.
There are other variations of the Narra motherboard, so perhaps one of those may take more.
A 4 GB DDR2 memory module costs around $100, so that would be too high a dollar amount to risk on an experiment.
