- When ordering, how do I ensure it is 2x8, not 1x16 GB RAM?

HP ENVY DESKTOP - 795-0030QD
has an option of 16GB, how do you ensure that you get 2x8GB instead of 1x16GB , so that you get the extra boost from dual channel.
The specs are not definitive, and there seems to be nowhere to make the request on the order.

i would be very supprised if you got a single 16 gb stick as the contract OEM pricing is a fair bit higher for a 16gb module as opposed to a 8gb module
in other words two 8gb modules will cost HP less than a single GB module
also the motherboard in this system takes 32gb max and has 4 memory slots so 16gb modules don't really make much sense

But how can I be sure? I do not want to be surpised. There is nowhere in the order basket where you can make a request.
