Could anyone help me to find out version of PCIe on my motherboard? And where should I look for it? HP ENVY TE01-1xxx

you could just look in the nvidia panel, it must be indicated
and you have rtx 2060 Type de bus : PCI Express 3.0 x16
PCI 2.0 is older Hp motherboards don't have gen 4 for the most part

Maybe because he wanted to replace the NVMe M.2 SSD with one that is Gen 4, which would not provide any improvement in speed in a PCIe Gen 3 NVMe slot?
That would be a valid reason for asking such a question.
