Product: HP All-in-One - 24-e014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer screams error codes 3 long beeps, 3 short beeps which apparently indicates graphic chip failure. Sometimes it boots, sometimes it doesn't. I cannot find anywhere to purchase a replacement GPU/graphic chip. Is the computer officially dead or can the card be replaced?

Hi:

 

Since your PC has the onboard Intel graphics adapter, that is a GPU chip which is an integral part of the motherboard.

In order to fix the problem a new motherboard would be required.

 

The parts list does not list the motherboard part number.

 

You can enter your PC's serial number in the search window and see if it provides additional information.

Some folks have been able to repair the onboard graphics chips if you are good at taking things apart.

 

I can't find a video for your specific PC, but this is the gist of what you need to do.
