One of my fan stopped working and GPU temperature is spiking to the point where it shuts down my computer. Where can I purchase a replacement fan for my OMEN 25L Desktop RTX 3070 GPU? Sadly, the fan died almost exactly when my warranty expired =(

Thanks in advance for the assistance/support.

Kind regards

@oluckyasian24,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

As far as I was able to ascertain, you have the following HP OEM RTX 3070 installed (please verify): HP NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 Video Graphics Card M27699-001 / M27699-002.

Please measure one of the (twin?) GPU fans' diameter (see red arrow). Likely to be 85 or 95 mm.  Once you replace one, you need to replace both as in a set you can easily purchase online.

Say the diameter is 95 mm.  Here is one 95 mm replacement fan option via Amazon: Amazon.com: Cavabien 95mm T129215SU 12V 0.50A 6Pin GPU Graphic Card Cooler Fan for ASUS RTX 3070 RTX... - however, you need to make sure that the fan's attachment brackets/points/dimensions are the same as the ones you are going to replace.

The challenge for us Forum Users is that HP is not terribly forthcoming providing individual / detailed part numbers of their OEM graphics cards.  If you could find the fan's part number(s) from your GPU (there is a "left" and "right" (and "center" if applicable) fans which may have different p/n's), that would be very helpful.

Kind Regards,
