I want to know the location of dedicated video memory option in bios setup

I am guessing you want to increase the amount of shared video memory as some application needs more memory.

Not all BIOS have that feature.  It would help (maybe) if you provide your product ID.

 

It turns out that windows 7 has "feature" to change video memory

Not sure if above will help.  Usually better to get better video card and upgrade to the still free windows 10
