Can someone describe where is the cpu located in HP Touchsmart 9300 Elite all in one pc. Please describe briefly the location or send any video related to it.

You are correct.
Below is the link to the HP Quickspecs for the Elite 9300.
HP TouchSmart 9300 Elite All-in-One PC (cnetcontent.com)
It has 4 memory slots and each slot can take a 4 GB DDR3/L-1333 notebook type (SODIMM) memory chip.
If you can get this memory part number in Pakistan, it is listed as compatible.
