I need to upgrade my PSU for my graphics card im about to add to by PC. I need the part number and also where to buy it also do they sell it at best buy or not. Thanks!

Here's the part number for the 400W power supply:

 

L69242-800
Power Supply - 400W cDT23 FR Gold

 

HP does not sell that part number.

 

You can buy one on eBay:
