Product: HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP ENVY TE01-3147c is using a 310W, but I'm upgrading my GPU so I want to upgrade my PSU too so my GPU can work correctly. I need a PSU that has 400W or more; if possible, I need it to be less than 70 dollars and have a PCIe cable.
