Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i want to updgrade/ add a graphics card to the Hp Slim Desktop PC and I am not aware which graphics card will work, i know it needs to be low profile and i found a “Dell NMN1D Radeon R5 430 1GB GDDR5 PCIe x16 Low Profile Graphics Card” but am not sure if it will be “compatible”.
