Product: Spectre 13-ac092ms
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
So basically when I'm playing a game such as Minecraft or Roblox, when i hold the "w" key to move forward, I can't use my touchpad (the cursor freeses). this has happened many times to me, and someone told me to come here for support. It makes it almost impossible to play the game. HELP?

@GuestYT , welcome to the forum.
The way that I play games on my wife's Spectre is using a wireless mouse and keyboard. You can have the Touchpad disabled when an external pointing device is connected. The only other suggestion is to update the driver.
