You're very welcome.
You can, but you will need to clean install W11 and reinstall all of your programs and files.
See this discussion where I provided the information to do that, and to also make a system image so you can go back to W10 if things don't work out on W11...

Hi:
Your PC fails to meet the W11 in-place upgrade requirements for several reasons, not just the lack of a TPM.
It does not support secure boot.
It does not have a supported processor. For Intel PC's, the processor has to be an 8th gen core processor and yours has an Intel 2nd gen core processor.
Just for arguments sake, let's say that HP offered a TPM in for your notebook.
If it did, PC's with the Intel 2nd gen core processors only had the TPM 1.2 hardware version and it could not be upgraded to version 2.0, which is required for the in-place upgrade to W11.
What is a TPM, and can one be added to your PC's motherboard.
This will explain what a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is, and no, you cannot add one to your PC's motherboard.

Thank you very much for your patient answer.
Do I need to re-purchase if I have a new installation?
Can I use my win10 key to activate?
Can you leave me an email address? I hope to get your help during the new installation, thank you.

You're very welcome.
You don't need to pay for a new license.
During the installation process, you select the version of W11 that was the same as the version of W10 that was installed.
When you get to the part of the installation process where you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
