Hi ! I bought 2x 8GB RAM to add to my pc that already had 2x8GB to have 32GB ( I bought the 2 same as I already had in my pc for the compatibility) but it doesnt work . When i start the pc after i added the additionnal RAM i have a blue screen that ask me for recovery options. As soon as i only put 16GB it work but more than that it doesnt work and when I go on the best buy page of the product it says that its expandable up to 64GB of RAM on my computer. Can someone help me please because there is something wrong somewhere.
