Why whenever I try to install the bios update on the HP Support Assistant it says not enough storage in the hard disk even tho there is alot of storage left? And if I install the bios update without creating a partition, can I later create the partition later? and how?

It's giving you the error because it's trying to install it on the efi partition(or to a drive that is full) and there isn't enough room on that partition.

Easier to Update from a USB

This will stop the error and get you your recovery backup.
