When watching or streaming online movies every once in a while the movie freezes for a few seconds but lately it just shuts down when it freezes and restarts by it's self with no blue screen warning?
Any ideas?
It is only 2 years old with over 895 GBS out of 1 TB left with a 24" AMD screen.And never gets hot and there is no touch screen option on this model.
I,m not sure what type of Driver upgrade I need for video if any and I,m not computer savy.
Thank You.

> never gets hot
Google-search for "download free SPECCY".
Download, install, and run this software, to display:
* temperature of the motherboard,
* temperature of the processor,
* speed of the fan atop the processor,
* temperature of the disk-drive.
Run this software right after booting-up from a "cold" computer, to establish a "baseline" reading.
Run it again after 30 minutes of "light" usage (E-mail, reading comics online).
Launch a video, and watch for 10 minutes, pause & minimize the video, then run it again.
Restore the video-window, watch for another 10 minutes, and pause/minimize, then run it again. Repeat.
Tell us the results.

Thank You for your help,
I downloaded the software and my CPU started at 45 degrees celcius then after doing what you asked it went up to 72-75.
Graphics ended at 74 degrees, and storage at 43 degrees cel, there is no temps that I could see for the Motherboard.
I did open Radeon Grafhics and it was set to the highest levels for videos so I swithced back to default settings and have had no freezing up as of yet.
Thank You again for your help.
