I can't say that I understand why you are asking that. You should probably try rephrasing that.

 

If you mean, perhaps, that Windows is giving you update messages for devices  and you want to why should you update them, that would be more understandable.

 

As long as the Bluetooth device is working you really do not have to update the driver.

If the Bluetooth device is not working, you probably should update the driver.
