Greetings @Krishav

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Have you checked Control Panel>Device Manager for any device errors? A hardware communication problem may be indicated if the WIFI adapter is missing in action when checking Device Manager.

I would think the MB has a problem (data or power to the WIFI card) if HP replaced the WIFI card and you still don't have WIFI.

Sorry to say you would need to contact HP Support for additional warranty assistance.

The chance exists the second WIFI card is also faulty. But I would tend to think HP should have tested the PC before shipping the PC back to you.

So if the second WIFI card is, in fact, okay, I think your PC has a different (not the WIFI card) hardware problem if the WIFI card is not detected in Device Manager.

Regards
