The simplest way to tell is by entering the BIOS.

 

If the PC is non-UEFI, then in the System Configuration ->Boot order section, there will be no UEFI boot options.  

 

There are few manufacturers in the video card industry that are making any PCIe x16 video cards that are compatible with legacy BIOS.
