No need for sorry...my bad. You have a 250W PSU and the recommended PSU is 400W. Plus you need a 6 pin power plug for the card from the PSU. I would think the more compatible card would be a GTX 1050Ti which has lower power requirements and does not need an additional power plug.

Sorry but I am a bit confused. The title says 1060 Super but in your post you referred to the 1650 Super.   But aside from that all of the EliteDesk 800 series (I assume that is the model you referred to) have an external power adapter, the most powerful of which is 65W. And that is not enough to power a discrete video card. Generally they require at least a 300W PSU and some a 400W or more.

But if I am wrong about the specific model please let me know.

Yes I am sorry 1060 Super is what I was referring to. Also it is a EliteDesk 800.
