Will a Geforce GT 730 Low Profile fit and work in my hp compaq pro 6305 small form factor without a new psu or case

Yes, the GT 730 low profile card will fit will work just fine.

 

It only has a 38W power draw.

 

Just make sure you get one that comes with the low profile mounting bracket.
