if i take the zotac with 320W i don't think it will be fine with 600W psu, and if i upgrade the processor also.
Also i think that this micro atx psu is sold in us, i'm in france not the same norm.
Maybe i should take minimum a 250 w graphic card don't you think ?

And if i upgrade the processor too with this one :
will i need to change the psu ?

Thank you for getting back to me,
At this point, I must let you know that it would be wise to get a new HP computer rather than spending on upgrading the PSU, graphics card and the CPU/Processor as it could get rather expensive.
That said, HP doesn't recommend changing the processor and I'm afraid it would be the end of the line for me as I cannot recommend using those parts as an HP Employee.
I hope you understand my situation.
Have a good day ahead.

thank you
Ok so why you edit on the site a tuto about how to change a processor on a hp pc ? : https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07139
where is the logic ?
Also it says on the spec of the motherboard of the HP ENVY Phoenix 860-011nf Desktop PC that the processor is upgradable on the official hp support: https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c04790224
i don't want to buy another hp pc because hp don't offer graphic card like zotac in their computers that's why i want to update. I already updated the graphic card of a hp pc in the past and it was ok, so why not now on this one ?

That is a good question,
You've been doing quite a lot of research as I can see, good for you. 😉
That said, the article is for those who want to replace the processor at their own discretion even though we don't recommend it, it's out there to assist them or in your case, to help you.
The same goes for the upgrade information available on the HP Product upgrade information as every HP Pc is tested and set to its optimal performance before it's shipped out, however, If you wish to upgrade, you may do so, at your own discretion.
And I'm not sure what you mean by HP doesn't offer such graphics cards because we also have the HP Omen series with the best in the class graphics card and other components, please check that out on our site: Click here for details.
That said, you are welcome to upgrade anything you want, I'm only here to help you within my support boundaries and believe me, I have gone above and beyond to help you out, although, I'm at the end of my line, now...as I cannot suggest which brand of hardware components you need to upgrade to, which is why I again suggest that you check with the local tech to answer your specific questions related to the components & upgradable options.
Have a good day.

Thanks for your fast answer.
Ok but the omen series don't have any gtx 1080 ti overclocked with it yet, i searched i didn't find any model yet. When i bought the pc also, the seller told me that it was an easily upgradable model so why not trying.
I will contact Bequiet to know if their PSU are compatible with micro ATX motherboard and hp products.

The CPU chip is on the list, but:
Have you cut out a cardboard template the size of the graphic card, all 12.8 "?.
Then tried to insert same in the card slot. The motherboard is only 9.4" long.
Is there additional length, almost 4" of cabinet.
Very few HP mods have ever been sucessful with PSU over 650W.
This should get real interesting, and one for the record books.

@wb2001 :
hi, i will post all this information next month.
So you suggest maximum a 600 or 650 W PSU, is that correct ?
Witch one could you suggest ?
I saw in this post for a similar HP PC model that the choice was for this model : Corsair CS650m :
I saw that the bequiet has good quality for PSU, but if i don't have the choice...
07-30-2017 02:43 AM
So i changed everything : the psu, the cpu, the graphic card and memory :
- psu : Corsair CS650m
- cpu : intel skylake i7 6700k
- graphic card : gygabites Aorus extreme geforce gtx 1080 Ti (i didn't tryed to know if the zotac fits because i found a very good promotion for the aorus)
- memory : gskill, 4 *16, 64 gb, 2133 htz, non EEC, C15
And it's ok. 🙂
