Will a r5 430 gpu work on my hp compaq pro 6350 without a new psu or case bc I'm trying to make a budget build

It should work with no problem.

 

It has a power draw of 50W and a recommended P/S requirement of 250W and if you have the SFF, 240W is close enough.

If you do have the SFF, make sure the card is low profile and comes with the shorter low profile mounting bracket that is used in the SFF PC's.
