HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2260xt CTO

Will my HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2260xt support a PCIe Gen 5 x4 PCIe M.2 internal SSD?  I am looking to add another drive possibly a Crucial T700 1TB TLC NAND Flash PCIe Gen 5 x4 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD.  Thoughts?

Hi:

 

According to the product specs, the PC has an Intel H570 chipset.

 

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2260xt PC

 

The chipset specs from Intel indicate the PCIe Generation is 3.0:

While a PCie Gen 5.0 NVMe should work, it will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from a Gen 3.0 NVMe slot.
