My family bought this bundle and the power supply is not listed. Due to this I have concerns whether or not the current power supply will meet the power demands of an rx 580. If the power supply can not handle it, then is it even possible to replace the power supply?

Enter the PC's product number in the search window at the link below, and it should provide the part number and description of the power supply.
To find the product number you can run the Windows system information app and the product number will be listed on the System SKU line.
The AMD RX 580 needs a power supply of 450 Watts and a supplemental 8-pin power supply connector.

So, without even knowing the power supply your PC has, based on the specs in the link you posted, I can guarantee you that the currently installed power supply is woefully inadequate, and won't have the additional 8-Pin power connector that the RX 580 graphics card requires.
You can probably upgrade the power supply, but I would need to know the product number of the PC to see if one may be available for the model series.
