So, I planned to buy a new gpu which is GTX 1050 TI 4GB GDDR5 ONE FAN MODEL
Will it fit in my slimline desktop cabinet and work with my 180W PSU ad 4 pin power supply connector?
my currect PC specs are:

Just an FYI: there is more to the model number than what you posted. For example HP Slimline 270-p033w Desktop PC where the xxx's are replaced with numbers. Most of the PC's in that model line have the Lubin motherboard and a 180w power supply.
Depending on the make and model of the card, it might be OK to use on the power supply. As far as fitting in the space, the best way is to measure the actual opening - open the case and look/measure the length and if the card is a double wide, check for clearances.

Most important is the model number for the PC. If the current Graphics card is the GT710 - probably a low profile card, the power spec for that card appears to be 19w.
Depending on the GTX 1050 TI 4GB make etc, it looks to require more power, which would mean a power supply change, if possible, depending on the PC's model number.
