Last question, how do I know if a CPU will fit in my current socket? I cant get the CPU I want anyways because my RAM is DDR3 not 4 😞

you have, as indicated, the answer to your question, in the list given by HP of compatible processors for this motherboard.

This list, and of course given by HP it indicates in all the processors in general tested / validated by HP
 it is better to use what is mentioned!
namely that in most cases an HP motherboard with AMD processor, and conversely (intel) only accepts amd, (or intel) processors
Do not look any further !
