Win 11 upgrade

I have 2 HP 590 Pavillions purchased 12/6/2019

 expecting to up to win 1., It tells me that the CPU will not work with win 11.

I have a 2-year warranty with Costco Concierge. When I asked them to help, they indicated that I only need to update all my drivers and it will upgrade. I've never heard anything like this before so I will ask the community for suggestions.

What this means is you can't get the free upgrade to W11 via Windows Update when it comes out.

That doesn't mean you can't run W11 by clean installing it with an ISO file or upgrading it manually with an ISO file.

I recommend you refer to this website from time to time.  They seem to keep up with the latest W11 developments...

Updating the drivers will not make the PC eligible for the direct upgrade to W11 via Windows Update.

I was questioning the info given to me and I suppose it was just stalling as they didn't have a direct answer.

The only deficiency shown for me is the CPU and how a driver can update that would be sheer magic.
