Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hello I am posting this because I have looked all around the Internet for a solution to no avail. I had recently updated my desktop to Windows 10 from Windows 8 and when it asks me to log into my profile I can no longer use the mouse or keyboard. My computer is now nothing more than a $600 doorstop. How do I fix this?

I figured it out on my own seeing as how I was given up on. For anyone else experiencing this go to this site https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/ and click download tool it is a tool that put the files for Windows 10 on a usb the instinct ions are below the download link. After you have it on the usb plug it into the effected computer and boot it in recovery mode. Then click reset this pc and follow the on screen prompts.

(Note: this is a reset which will make your computer go back to the state in which you bought it from the store except it will be running Windows 10)

@HPGamer280, welcome to the forum.

When requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.  Also, what is the model of the mouse and keyboard?

Thank you for the additional information.

Have you tried using each one separately in the USB 3.0 port to see what happens?  I have never seen the problem that you are experiencing.  The way it is happening means that the USB 2.0 ports are being disabled.
