I have a TE01-3254 system from HP. I am attempting to install Windows 11 22/23H2. My drive isn't being detected and I've already downloaded and tried various Intel Rapid Storage Technology Drivers from Intel's page itself... as well as ones from this website for my TE01-3254. Any driver that I select with it, it just sits there for a few moments and pops up saying that it couldn't find any new devices. I've must of tried 8 different variances of those drivers from other people as well. So I'm pretty confused with it. Both it of this occurs with Windows 11 22H2 and 23H2 as well. I also am using Archlinux to burn those ISOs since I don't have an active working Windows environment. Anyone have any ideas?? Thank you very much!

>Your post implies that you have not-yet successfully installed Windows 11?? Which begs the question, what happened to the Windows OS that HP installed on this PC at-the-Factory? I.e. we need more/better details to assist you...
>That said, Intel's Rapid Storage Technology stuff has many known issues, is extremely complicated, and should only be installed or changed by "experienced" PC Professionals.
>E.G. - some basic Users attempt to 'disable' or 'uninstall' RST in Windows' Device Manager, and hose their PC! Intel's OWN website says:
"Once the Intel® RST driver is installed for storage management, it cannot be uninstalled. Removing the driver can result in booting issues, drives not being detected in the OS, and loss of data." ==> this is-not DIY stuff.

The original Windows installation got lost when I was installing another OS. I had two drives of the same size and formatted the wrong one. The drive still perfectly works outside of the Windows Installer. It gets detected fine by Ubuntu/Archlinux and can be installed onto.

You posted this question twice
Unless I am mistaken, your product ID is 319L6AA#ABA and you have cloud recovery
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store

Had you tried initializing the drive by way of the Diskpart utility?
