Can anyone tell me when windows 11 update will arrive for HP Pavilion 590-p0034il desktop?

I believe your system has an approved CPU and the required TPM 2.

Just yesterday, I got Microsoft's blessing for my Area51 system.  I had to wait for them to approve my I9-7900x and then I had to enable TPM 2.

Have you run their PC  health check  program?  You need to pass it first.  You can check "Updates" periodically and wait for their OK or, if you have passed that health check, you can take a chance  and download it.

To respond to the question:
No nobody can tell you ...
Like all windows upgrades, some will have the upgrade right away, and for some you have to wait a bit
You should have a warning when ready if the computer is compatible

To better understand, I tried the installation
The computer being "compatible", and offered in update with windows update
Be careful, because I haven't seen anyone mentioned this
I have a 256gb drive, there was quite a bit of space left, but during the upgrade the drive turned red.
Although I install many games on my Data player!
So I was forced to sacrifice some programs to avoid problems
information which seems to me to be quite important, take care of the available space (I had at least half of it free, if not more)!
