Windows Hello is not working due to incompatibility although I already have it before. I have tried all the suggestions online and even uninstalling and reinstalling the FaceDrive but it did not work. Upon checking the Camera and Biometrics Devices under Device Manager, only HP HD Camera and ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor appeared, respectively. I did not find any IR camera or Face Recognition options. How can I enable the Windows Face again?
