Update: If I'm going to be installing Vista alongside XP, I'll need an ISO for Vista. I've since obtained the XP HP OEM ISO all thanks to your help and now I need one for Vista. I found this one on the Internet Archive that matches the COA on my HP Compaq DC5800. Is this good or is there a better ISO out there that you know is virus free because I'm not sure if that ISO I found is virus free or not?

There are no reasons to believe that any of the Archive.com files have been compromised, though the chances of that are of course not zero.
The Vista ISO you referenced appears to be good.
Here are three other options to consider, depending on what you need:
1.) 32-bit Windows Vista HP OEM: https://archive.org/details/hpvistaultimatesp1x86
You'll find the product (license) key in the 4th review comment.
2.) 32-bit Windows Vista Ultimate HP OEM: https://archive.org/details/windows-vista-ultimate-hp-oem
3.) 64-bit Windows Vista Ultimate HP OEM: https://archive.org/details/hp-dv9000-vista-ultimate64-recovery
Kind Regards,

Excellent, thank you very much for your reply and your assistance. I really appreciate it. I've gone ahead and gotten the ISO that I referenced earlier. It is thankfully virus free as I ran an antivirus scan on it with Bitdefender. 😊
