Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wired mouse has recently stopped working.  At first it was erratic, and now it no longer works.  I've tried to change mice, with same resutls.  I've run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and because I can position the mouse in the box, it fails, but gives me no solution.  I've also run tests for malware and viruses, with zero results.  The scroll button works sometimes depending where I'm at.   Can you show me where in the HP Support section where I can download and reinstall the mouse drivers?  Thanks!

PS, thanks to the Touchscreen on this AIO, I'm able to communicate using my finger as the mouse.

@oldschoolqb,

A very simple task, but you need to follow the instructions

https://www.howto-connect.com/uninstall-reinstall-mouse-drivers-windows-10/

Be sure to use the best mouse later.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
