Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all,

 

My wireless charging was working and just today it stopped. And the option is greyed out in the OSD.

I have tried windows updates, even driver easy software to update whatever driver was needed. However I believe this to be an unrelated issue. 

Power mode is on full feature and it says wireless charging is ON but it is greyed out and it does not charge. 

 

Please help! What can I do to trouble shoot?
