Just purchased an HP Envy desktop w/wireless keyboard and mouse. I would like to use a KVM (Keyboard/video/mouse) controller to switch between two computers so I only need one keyboard/mouse. One of the computers is a company unit so I can not download a virtual KVM because I can not load software onto the company box. And I am not really interested in controlling/switching the monitor. Any suggestions

You have to add IT Department in your organization. Before my retirement, I worked for a company and I could not load anything on company's machines, could not copy files from USB ports ..... and could not use private machines to logon to company's networks.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.

@JoeB56 -- in addition to the excellent advice given by @banhien -- can you use Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) on your non-company computer to connect to the company's computer?
I assume that both computers are in your office, and both have a connection to your employer's internal network.
If you can use RDP, then your computer will have a window that shows the video-output from the company's computer. Anything you type or click inside that window is sent to the company computer, and responses show up in the window. Anything your type or clock outside of the window will be processed by your computer. This will work, whether your KB/mouse are wired to your computer or are connected wirelessly to your computer.
