Product: All in One 24
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can not get the wireless keyboard or mouse that came with my brand new (delivered yesterday) All in One 24 Desktop to work.  Neither item came with a Bluetooth device.  On the site it says that some computers come with the device built in.  But, I don't see anything that looks like one.  There were basically no instructions on how to make the keyboard or mouse work, just pictures on the cardboard box.  I got so frustrated that I gave up and just attached the wired keyboard and mouse from my old computer.  I hope that someone can help me.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

Thank you for answering me.  I feel dumb, but after re-examining the boxes, I finally found the blue tooth device for them.  It was in this tiny box on it's own.
